Our Rates

 scheduled support services or coordination of vendor support during normal business hours will be billed at a rate of $100-$150 per hour based on consultant. All billable time will be billed in increments of 30 minutes (no minimum). 

 support services of major technical issues including critical-emergency services or coordination of vendor support during non-business hours, weekends or holidays will be billed at a rate of $125-$175 per hour based on consultant. All billable time will be billed in increments of 30 minutes (no minimum). 

Scheduled on-site support services will be billed on a time and materials basis at the rate of $125-$175 per hour based on consultant. All billable time will be billed in increments of 30 minutes with a minimum of 1 hour billable per on-site visit.

On-site support services of major technical issues including critical-emergency services or coordination of vendor support during non-business hours, weekends or holidays will be billed at a rate of $175-$225 per hour based on consultant. All billable time will be billed in increments of 30 minutes with a minimum of 1 hour billable per on-site visit.

Long term engagements which require weekly, bi-weekly or monthly extended billing may warrant lower hourly rates and will be negotiated on an individual basis. Fixed bids are provided for special projects if desired and must be agreed upon in advance of the work performed.

Travel is billed at $30 per visit but included with contract support services.

All other vendor contracted services may be billed directly to the customer or through Strategic Solutions billing department (including hardware or software purchases through the Small Business Reseller divisions). All estimates for hardware or software not purchased through Strategic Solutions will be subject to the standard off-site support hourly billable rate. 

All new businesses will receive a 25% discount on all services provided (excluding hardware or software purchases) for the first 3 months of service along with any existing business referral which generates work for Strategic Solutions.
